Bring a valid government ID. Aadhaar, PAN card, voter ID, or ration card. You need proof.
You have to submit a signed photocopy of both sides of the ticket. Front and back.
Photographs are required too. Recent passport-sized ones. They need to be attested by a Gazetted Officer.
PAN card copy, self-attested. Identity verification is key.
Fill out the official application form. And don’t forget the revenue stamp. That seals the deal.
Attach that ID proof. Aadhaar, PAN, whatever they ask for.
