OutStation's 14-Day Road Trip: The Homecoming Bus

OutStation is hitting the road for their first anniversary. It’s not just some concert tour, though. They’re doing this massive 14-day trek, calling it The Homecoming Bus . It’s an 11-city journey, a real road trip meant to thank the fans who stuck by them since the beginning.

This whole thing kicks off next month. June 14th, 2026. They start in Mumbai.

The route itself is packed. It hits Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Jaipur, Delhi, Agra, Bhopal, Indore, and Pune. Then they loop back to Mumbai on June 28th. It’s a long haul.

It’s supposed to be more than just driving around. It’s meant to be a moving, interactive cultural experience. They’re going to live, travel, and create everything from that bus across those days.

Think less concert, more deep dive. They’re planning daily unscripted livestreams. Impromptu performances. Meeting up with local creators, artisans—everyone in every city they hit. The whole thing is going to be documented. A raw, feature-length documentary capturing the whole messy, chaotic experience of life on the Indian highways.

OutStation calls this whole thing a love letter. They said it’s about connecting.

One of them actually put it out there. “A year ago, the five of us were absolute strangers, right? Different towns, packing bags with nothing but a dream. We didn’t know if anyone would listen. Seeing tens of thousands of ‘Passengers’ step into our world this year? That was life-changing.”

Then they talked about the purpose. “Homecoming is a love letter to our fans. We aren’t just putting on shows. We are living on the road. Cooking up stuff with local people. Coming straight to the doorsteps of the people who built us. We left home to chase this, now we’re coming to yours.”

It’s huge. They’ve already built some momentum. Mentored by Savan Kotecha, who’s got that Grammy-nominated pediGree, working on big global names like One Direction and The Weeknd. That background helped them grow fast.

Even with just two official independent releases— Tum Se and Aaj Kal —they’ve already got over two hundred thousand fans. That number comes from venues, pop-ups, livestreams. They even opened for international acts, like Akon and Anuv Jain.

And this road trip? It’s feeding into something bigger. It’s building towards their debut EP, which they’re calling The Homecoming Bus . That EP is scheduled for a worldwide drop on July 31st, 2026.

So, the journey isn’t just a celebration. It’s meant to be this experience. A cultural exchange. A snapshot of a young band figuring things out, just moving through the landscape. It’s turning an anniversary into something much bigger, something truly on the road.
