The Power of Hanuman Worship and Astrological Remedies

Hanuman, you see, he really symbolizes strength . Devotees who pray to him often feel this huge inner power, this resilience, especially when things get really rough. They feel protected, always, no matter how difficult the phase is. It’s all about selfless service and total devotion, that’s what worshipping him means.

Praying to Hanuman Ji isn't just faith. It’s actually seen as a serious astrological fix. He’s tied up with Mangal . That means he has the power to smooth out the rough edges caused by Shani .

The benefits really stack up.

You get the boost for Mangal —that’s power, action, courage. And simultaneously, he helps calm down Shani . Karma, delays, all that heavy suffering and discipline.

So, if you’re constantly hitting walls, facing legal messes, business headaches, or just plain fear, people lean on Hanuman. It’s believed this devotion pulls strength and relief right out of the situation.

That’s why performing the Hanuman Pooja and chanting the Chalisa is so recommended. It’s supposed to keep you safe from all the trouble.

Prashant Kapoor, the celebrity astrologer, founder of AstroKapoor, he shares the actual way to do this. He outlines the timing.

Tuesday is for that Mangal strength, the courage, the success. Saturday? That’s when you focus on easing the Shani grip, protecting against obstacles. And daily? Just for mental fortitude and general safety.

The timing matters too.

Now, there are rules before you even start the Pooja. You have to clean up first. A good bath, clean clothes. Then, where you sit—East or North. And this is important: no bad stuff on that day. No non-veg, no alcohol, no negative thoughts.

For offerings, you can use jaggery, bananas, or boondi laddoos. Some people use sindoor mixed with chameli oil. Red flowers work too. Betel leaves, fruits, a diya lit with jasmine oil.

The sindoor offering is considered really key, you know? It’s thought to please Hanuman Ji and really boost that Mangal energy.

When you chant the Hanuman Chalisa itself, it has to be focused. No rushing. Light a diya, light some incense. Start by praying to Lord Rama first. Then call on Hanuman Ji’s name. Chant slowly. Clearly. Sit there for a few moments after you’re done.

How much should you chant? Once a day for peace. Seven times for making wishes happen. Eleven times for protection. Or maybe for real, solid results, you chant for twenty-one or forty days straight.

And for that heavy Shani stuff, specifically on Saturdays, there’s another ritual. Chant the Chalisa again. Light a diya with mustard oil. Feed some black dogs or crows. Or maybe donate black sesame seeds or some iron. These things are supposed to lessen Shani’s heavy karmic load. It’s a way to try and shift that burden.
