UPTET 2026 Admit Card and Exam Schedule Information

The admit cards are out now. The Uttar Pradesh Education Services Selection Commission, or UPESSC , finally dropped them today, June 30th, 2026. If you registered for the UPTET 2026 exam, you can grab your hall tickets from their site: .
It’s important to move fast here. The actual testing window is July 2nd through the 4th, 2026. They’re running this across multiple shifts. You really need to download those admit cards early and check everything carefully. Don't wait until the last minute.
How to Get Admit Cards
How do you get them? You log into that official site. Click on whatever link says “UPTET Admit Card 2026.” Then you have to enter your details. Registration number or mobile number, plus your name or father’s name, depending on what they want date of birth, and obviously the security code shown on screen. Submit that stuff. That’s how you see it.
If you applied for both Paper 1 and Paper 2, listen up. You need separate admit cards for each one. Don't try to squeeze them together; they are separate things.
After you get that downloaded file, take a good look. Seriously check everything. Your name. Photograph. The exam date itself. Reporting time. And the address of the center where you have to show up. If anything looks wrong any error or mismatch you need to call someone right away. Don't ignore it.
Exam Schedule and Timing
Now for the schedule, which is a bit messy because it’s split up. The testing runs from July 2nd to the 4th.
Paper 2 Schedule (Classes six through eight)
- On July 2nd, you have two shifts: one starts at 9:30 AM and runs till noon.
- Then there’s another shift later, from 2:30 PM until five.
- And then they schedule another Paper 2 exam for the morning of July 3rd.
Paper 1 Schedule (Classes one through five)
- This is in the afternoon on July 3rd.
- And then a morning session on July 4th.
And listen to this part about getting there. UPESSC really stressed that candidates must be at their examination centers at least an hour before the exam starts. If you show up late? You might not even get into the hall. It’s a hard rule, apparently.
Exam Details
This year is offline. OMR sheets are what you're using. Each paper has 150 multiple-choice questions. That means 150 marks total for each one. The time allotted? One hundred and fifty minutes. And here’s the good news no negative marking for wrong answers. That part is simple.
Make sure those instructions are clear before you go to download anything. It all hinges on that paperwork.
