Dhamaal 4 Box Office and Review Analysis

Dhamaal 4 is finally starting to stick. It’s slowly but surely climbing the box office charts. Released back on July 10th, 2026, it didn't exactly blow the doors off on opening day, you know? Mixed reviews meant a slow start.

Day one brought in Rs 14 crore. Not bad for a stumble, maybe. But things picked up a little bit over the next couple of days. Saturday, Day two, saw a bump; they pulled in Rs 22.50 crore just that day.

Then Sunday came along, and naturally, people showed up more. It was a holiday for plenty of folks, and it worked. That day alone netted Rs 28.50 crore. Three days put the domestic total at a solid Rs 65 crore net. Gross collection domestically hit Rs 78 crore overall.

Outside India, things are also moving. The international box office managed to pull in Rs 14 crore gross across those initial three days. That pushes the worldwide figure up to Rs 92 crore.

It’s a family affair again, really. This is the return of that comedy franchise we all loved after Total Dhamaal . Ajay Devgn is back as Guddu, and Riteish Deshmukh handles Lallan. And you still have Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaaferi playing Adi and Manav. Ravi Kishan steps in as Adhoora, Sanjay Mishra as Johnny too. Plus Anjali Anand, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Vijay Patkar, Upendra Limaye are all involved in some of the key spots.

The premise itself is simple enough: Guddu, Lallan, Paaro, Adi, Manav, Rosy, and Adhoora they go on this hilarious hunt for Shaitaan Singh’s hidden treasure. A classic setup. It’s been a joint effort, too; T-Series Films, Panorama Studios, Devgn Films, Maruti International, Anand Pandit Motion Pictures all put their names on it.

The music side was handled by Rohansh Pandit and Abeer Pandit. Kumaar, Anvita Dutt, Kausar Munir, Rohansh and Abeer Pandit wrote the lyrics. Amar Mohile did the background score. Tracks like ‘Chatni’ and ‘Qeher’ are out there. And they even recreated something inspired by Sanju Rathod’s 2024 hit, Gulabi Sadi , with a track called ‘Saree’.

But you have to look at the reaction. Some critics weren't thrilled. News18 Showsha gave it two stars. They wrote that in their review that Dhamaal 4 is just exhausting. It took them about two hours and twenty-three minutes, and honestly, it never really moves the story past square one. The first half? Long sequences of ghosts and people falling, drowning, hanging from impossible places. Then the second half the treasure hunt part it got so gruelling and endless trying to find that wealth inside the cave. It just tests your patience. And then there are those problematic ‘gags’. That’s where it gets tricky.
