Controversy Surrounds Death of Prince Yadav and Khan Global Studies Case

The death of Prince Yadav, brother to Bihar educator Roshan Anand you know him as “Raushan Sir” it just kicked off another wave of controversy. He was found dead under really suspicious circumstances at some hotel over in Nepal.
This development surfaces months later, coming after his name had already popped up in that high-profile case about the vandalism at Khan Global Studies, the coaching institute run by Khan Sir in Patna. It feels like everything is tangled up now.
Authorities there are investigating exactly what happened to him. The cause of death? Still totally unestablished. That’s the sticking point.
But this whole thing immediately drew a spotlight right back onto Bihar’s coaching scene, because it ties directly into that ongoing legal mess between Khan Sir and Roshan Anand’s side. It just escalates the tension already there.
Advocate Niranjan Kumar Singh, who is representing Roshan Anand, he made some serious claims about what happened. He said the whole sequence of events the death itself, filing an FIR, people fleeing the country, arrests happening, courts giving interim relief, and then this subsequent death it all points toward something much bigger. A possible nexus, he put it. Still, he admitted that things are still under investigation.
“We got a phone call in the morning about the incident,” Singh said. “This is just an immense tragedy. You can hardly imagine a greater hardship or a more devastating blow than this. One son is locked up, and another one has died under such suspicious circumstances.”
The lawyer kept pushing that angle. He claimed that if you look at everything the death, the FIR, people leaving, the arrests, the court orders it all points to something darker connecting everyone involved. But yeah, he acknowledged it’s still just speculation right now.
Meanwhile, things outside Patna got tense too. Following news of Prince Yadav’s passing, security was ramped up around Khan Global Studies. It was a precautionary move, obviously. Police started deploying personnel near the coaching institute. They were worried about how supporters and students connected to that old dispute might react.
The lawyer also brought up the vandalism case again. He suggested that CCTV footage and media reports had already laid out what happened back then. That they established the sequence of events surrounding that incident long ago.
He alleged that eventually, the police did register a case against Khan Sir, claiming evidence emerged during their investigation. It’s all part of this massive legal dispute right now. Authorities haven't landed on any final conclusions yet about those earlier claims or the current situation.
The focus is split now. Nepal authorities are digging into Prince Yadav’s death details. But Bihar is watching closely too, because he’s so tied up with that whole coaching centre controversy. It just added a dramatic twist to something that had already drawn attention across the competitive coaching sector in Bihar. You just have this knot of events unfolding.
