Then there was the Red Wall . He thanked them. Diolch.
He also threw a thank you out to all the clubs he’d been lucky enough to play for. To the managers and staff. They helped him live his dream and play at the highest level.
And of course, family.
He was a Cardiff City youth product, that. Then the switch to the Gunners in 2008.
There were brief spells too.
Then Italy . And closing out the whole club career with Pumas UNAM in Mexico. A long road, that. Just a lot of movement.
